We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@babymum.com.au and send your item to: 8/22-24 Norman Street, Peakhurst, NSW 2210

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: 8/22-24 Norman Street, Peakhurst,NSW 2210.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Any faults in any of our products should be reported to us as soon as possible and always in a reasonable time period.
- We have the right to seek the return of any faulty goods from the customer and therefore customers should not dispose of any faulty items without first consulting BabyMum. We will determine whether or not it requires the faulty product to be returned or not. If we seem the return of the faulty product it will pay reasonable costs of return and redelivery of the product.
- No refunds will be given for goods if you have simply changed your mind unless they have been returned within 30 days of the date of purchase in the original packaging and a receipt or invoice must be provided as to proof of purchase.
- Change of mind returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Returns and/or exchanges for incorrect products ordered or change of mind returns will be at the cost of the customer. This includes courier/postage fees for return products and courier/postage fees for parts sent from us as an exchange (this condition does not apply to faulty products).
- If the customer received a free gift as part of a promotion and the product or portion of the product is returned for any reason (unless it was a faulty or defective product) the free gift must be returned along with the unwanted product. Free gifts cannot be returned for refund or exchange and have no cash value of their own.
- The liability of Babymum for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from one of our products for non-compliance of any of our products or for any other reason shall not in the event exceed the amount equivalent to the price of the product.
- We have the right to change its policy relating the return and refund of products at any time without notice.
- All exchanges or returns must be at customer`s cost.
- Special conditions when buying Skin Care Products, washing products and some toiletries:
- Due to the delicate nature of these kind of products and for hygienic reasons, BabyMum will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances, so please choose carefully before ordering.

- All prices on the website are in AU$ and GST inclusive.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- All quotes from Babymum are valid while stocks last unless stated otherwise.

- How to return a product ordered on BabyMum Online
- Products ordered at Babymum Online can be returned to our warehouse. You will need your tax invoice (email receipt) as information on this is needed as proof of purchase. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable.
- You return the item within 30 days of purchase;
- You produce your original invoice at the time you return the item
- The item is in resaleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;
- Any sew-in labels are still attached; and
- The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
- If these requirements are not satisfied BabyMum reserves the right not to accept return or refund for change of mind returns.

- These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
- Please note:
- Your original BabyMum invoice is the best form of proof of purchase
- Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
- Damaged or Incorrect Product delivered
- We apologise for the inconvenience, we will resend the correct item to you as soon as we can. Contact the Customer Service Centre (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).
